Appears very similar to  Euthamia graminifolia, or but the foliage is more narrow at only 1/8" wide.  The flowers are yellow and are clusted in arrays that can measure 1 foot across.  In the mid-Atlantic it flowers yellow from July to October, but in its southern range can flower into December.
