Coral bells

Native to Western North America (cultivar)

CHECK AVAILABILITY

Grown for its lush resilliant deep purple foliage.  Thrives best full sun in its northern range, and partial shade in its most southern range in rich soil with good moisture.  Blush white flowers appear on stalks rising well above the foliage in June to July.  Dead-heading improves overall appearance.  Plants are shallow rooted and may frost heave if not dressed with a winter mulch.  Provide water during periods of drought.
