Native to Japan
Mounds of succulent foliage, each leaf a silver green rimmed on the edge in magenta. Clusters of medium pink flowers begin to pop in September and hold on into October. As the weather cools, the foliage takes on a completely different personality as the silver dissapears and the magenta edges expand and turn a russet red against a green background and in time, the green becomes yellow and to near completely red. Imagine the color compliments this plant can share throughout the seasons.
